
The Automatic Spot Grinding Mode is ideal when the elevation difference between points A and B significantly exceeds 15 mm. Under these conditions, a preset elevation correction would require the removal of large amounts of material.
Instead, the dedicated software generates an optimized theoretical surface that follows the actual floor profile while correcting only the areas that do not comply with the required specification. This optimized surface is then uploaded to the machine control system, allowing the Laser Grinder 3D to automatically follow the correction map along the X, Y and Z axes and intervene exclusively where required.
The result is an extremely precise and efficient grinding process, with reduced material removal, shorter operating times, and full compliance with the required standards for VNA aisles and high-precision industrial flooring.
